- IMPLEMENTED
- An identifiable implementation exists in the relevant repository.
- TESTED
- Relevant tests were executed and their results are recorded.
- VERIFIED
- Explicit verification criteria have been satisfied with inspectable evidence.
- PROTOTYPE
- An experimental or incomplete implementation exists; production readiness is not implied.
- BLOCKED
- Progress cannot continue because a concrete dependency or constraint is unresolved.
- NOT VERIFIED
- Available evidence is insufficient to make a stronger claim.
Evidence hierarchy
Prefer source references, test logs, build artifacts, reproducible procedures and dated reports. A source file alone does not prove runtime behavior. A passing unit test does not prove integration or security.
